About Us
Our Story
Calvary Chapel Lewiston was birthed from a story of radical transformation. Once bound by addiction, our pastor and leadership team were redeemed by Jesus Christ through the Calvary Residential Discipleship (CRD) program in Bangor, Maine. What began as a testimony of grace has become a thriving church where the broken are restored and Christ is glorified.
Our Mission
We exist to teach the whole counsel of God verse by verse, chapter by chapter. Our mission is simple — to make disciples of Jesus Christ, to love one another as He has loved us, and to see lives transformed through the power of His Word and Spirit.
Our Pastor
A former addict radically redeemed by Christ, Pastor Aaron Davis went through the CRD program and has since dedicated his life to teaching the Word of God. Against all odds, God has used him to build a growing, Christ-centered community here in Lewiston, Maine.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God — the final authority for faith and life. Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We emphasize the transforming power of the Holy Spirit and the importance of living in fellowship with other believers.
Our Community
Calvary Chapel Lewiston is a church where anyone can come as they are. Whether you’re seeking hope, healing, or a deeper relationship with Christ, you’ll find a family ready to walk alongside you. We believe no one is too far gone for the love of Jesus.
